These lovely little ramekins are a pleasure to use. They have many uses but used as small baking dishes served from oven to table is the primary purpose. It could be self saucing puddings or souffles or pastry top pies, the list is endless only limited by your imagination. They are comfortable to hold and easy to use. They are ovenproof because the heat applied is evenly distributed all round the piece. Never put ramekins directly on the hotplate.
